Well the purple didn’t want to work so we went with Rudy Quake. Love the crafts mom & I made, we are moving in to the next holiday or event.
Isn’t it odd I have no pictures from the holidays.
I still haven’t shaved my legs. Someone better fix the yard.
It was a good week.
Come on 2014!
Lyric of the Week: “Gyal, me wann fi hold yuh. Put me arms right around ya. Gyal, you give me the tightest hold me eva get inna my life. Gyal, me wann fi just squeeze, yah put me tings all around ya. Gyal, you give me tightest hold me eva get inna mi life. ” -Hold Yuh, Gyptian
This week, I got out of my shell and mingled with new people and old friends in new ways, shared my nieces obsession with her new dolls and helped her buy her mom a heartfelt gift, looked at my monstrous pile of Club shirts and made some tough decisions, helped score a 466 (!) and was encouraged to finally fill out that APPLICATION (!!), had some banging food (that normally I would never eat) got a fancy makeover from a new 4 year old friend, took advantage of Christmas sales for myself and finally– just kept looking forward to the horizon instead of looking back.
Bring it, 2014.
One of the best holiday weeks I have had in a while. This week wasn’t about gifts. It was truly about family, friends and the spirit of love. We kept family traditions going even tho things have changed this year. We pulled together as a family and made this year about Christmas not gifts. The gifts that were given were thoughtful and loving acts of the heart. I am truly blessed for all that I have. With the year coming quickly to an end I am in a great place. I am looking forward to 2014 and all that my horizon has in store for me.
This week I took time out for myself, time to be with my girls and played Santa. I drank with old friends, took care of my baby boy, worked very hard and still had time to play Santa. Each week I learn more about myself and the ones around me. Focused on 2014 and all it can bring.
Lyric of the Week: “I got it bad, I got it bad, I got it bad. I’m hot for teacher.” -Hot For Teacher, Van Halen
…is two missing front teeth, a banging casserole book, fancy nails and funny shit. ♡♥
Can life get any better then this?
The week was amazing. Mostly fun in the snow with a touch of love under the sea.
